Laurel Wood is our most private cabin. It sits in the middle of three acres on a ridge top just for you and your sweetheart. It has been planned with your comfort and privacy in mind. In addition to the gorgeous king-size bed, there is a queen-size fold out sofa for additional sleeping. The wide wraparound porch has a large hot tub and rocking for four plus a swing. Dine al fresco overlooking the mountains. Clouds of pink blossoms delight you when the Mountain Laurel blooms in May. For crisp Autumn evenings you can snuggle by the fire pit outside or lounge on the sumptuous leather sofa by the gas fireplace. Of course, there is Satellite TV, washer /dryer, and full kitchen. Pan for gold, ride horseback, hike Coker Creek Falls, or enjoy dinner and the spectacular sunset on Buck Bald where you sit above the mountains with a 360 degree view. Explore Cherokee history here. Cherokee Princess, Coco Belle, rests peacefully on this mountain. Watch for the colorful mountain finches, which flit about the tree limbs.
